Verification must be undertaken independently through your own banking relationship and authenticated bank-to-bank channels. Do not rely solely on documents, screenshots, portals, telephone numbers or email addresses supplied by an intermediary.
Before any fee is paid, Torus Group recommends that the client verify the capacity-to-issue document with the issuing bank, following the interbank verification channel (SWIFT network) indicated in its official letter, or through any other equivalent channel the client may consider more appropriate via its own bank. Any applicable fee is only due once this verification has been confirmed as conclusive.
